Ukraine calls on Russia to surrender…Say What! Scott Ritter says the Opposite
Russia is pushing for Russia-Ukraine peace talks, Ukraine’s Defence Secretary called on “Russia to surrender as soon as possible to minimise losses” (Russians, of course), Ukraine said that “no peace talks are possible at the moment”, as “With the help of the West Ukraine will win”, Kiev’s military spokesman said they will accept “Only capitulation” from Russia, of course, as well as Kiev’s military Intellligence said that “Russia would have to give part of its territories to Ukraine and other countries”, let’s think on the U.S., its Allies, NATO, the UN, WEF, Soros for instance.
Scott Ritter, however, says: ‘The battle for Ukraine is over! And Russia… has won!”.
